  • Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as rescheduling or cancellations e.g. flights cancellations, any accidents, weather conditions, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc. Such expenses will have to be paid directly.

Day 1

Pickup from Bagdogra Airport and Transfer to Phuentsholing

  • Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) and proceed towards Phuentsholing.
  • Arrive in Phuentsholing and experience the unforgettable moment of crossing the Indo-Bhutan border on foot.
  • Check in to your hotel and freshen up.
  • Explore your locality in Phuentsholing, try local cuisines, or simply relax in the charismatic environment of Bhutan.
  • Overnight stay in Phuentsholing
Day 2

Transfer to Thimphu with En Route Sightseeing, Stay In Thimphu

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  • After immigration, proceed towards Thimphu.
  • Enjoy the beautiful journey through scenic landscapes.
  • En route, pass Dharma Kaya Stupa and Chuzom Bridge—the confluence of the Thimphu and Paro rivers.
  • Arrive in Thimphu by evening and check in to your hotel.
  • Leisure time in the evening.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Thimphu.

 

Day 3

Thimphu to Punakha Day Excursion

Distance: 75 km one way | Driving Time: 2.5 hrs each way
  • After breakfast, drive to Punakha.
  • Visit Dochula Pass (3,150 m), known for its 108 memorial stupas and panoramic mountain views.
  • Explore Punakha Dzong, the second-oldest and arguably most beautiful dzong in Bhutan, which served as the capital until the mid-1950s.
  • Visit Punakha Suspension Bridge—one of the longest and oldest in Bhutan.
  • Return to Thimphu by evening.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 4

Thimphu Sightseeing and Transfer to Paro, Stay in Paro

Distance: 50 km | Driving Time: 1.5 hrs

  • After breakfast, proceed for Thimphu local sightseeing:

  • Buddha Dordenma Statue: A massive statue overlooking the Thimphu valley.

  • Simply Bhutan Museum: Experience local culture—taste ara (local wine), play archery, meet Pema Tshering (the foot carver), enjoy a cultural show, and try Bhutanese butter tea.

  • National Memorial Chorten: A Tibetan-style stupa built in 1974.

  • Royal Takin Preserve: Home to the Takin, Bhutan's national animal.

  • Bhutan Postal Museum: Create your own personalized postage stamps.
    Later, drive to Paro. Arrive by evening and check in to your hotel.
    Dinner and overnight stay in Paro.

Day 5

Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang), Stay in Paro

  • After breakfast, hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery, perched dramatically on a cliff.
  • The hike is of easy to moderate difficulty and suitable for those with average fitness.
  • For those unable to hike, horses are available for hire at the base.
  • After the hike, enjoy a rejuvenating traditional hot stone bath in the countryside (optional).
  • Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 6

Chele La Pass Day Excursion and Transfer to Phuentsholing

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  • Drive to Chele La Pass, the highest motorable road in Bhutan at 13,000 ft.
  • Enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Jomolhari (22,000 ft), and the region’s rich flora and fauna.
  • In the afternoon, drive back to Phuentsholing with scenic stopovers.
  • Arrive in Phuentsholing by evening and check in to your hotel.
  • Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.
Day 7

Transfer from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra Airport

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  • Depart for Bagdogra Airport at 8:00 AM for your onward journey.

Note:

  • On Day 1, If you've booked an early flight, please wait inside the airport. Our journey will commence when everyone has arrived.

  • On Last Day, we will depart at 8:00 AM from Phuentsholing. We'll conclude the trip by dropping you off at the airport between 01:00 PM and 2:00 PM. You are free to book any flight departing after 3:00 PM. In the case of a late flight, you have the option to wait at the airport.

  • If your pickup or drop falls outside our designated time, you can arrange a separate vehicle at your own expense.

  • The designated pick-up location is Bagdogra Airport only. If you are arriving by train or bus, please make your way to Bagdogra Airport for the pick-up.

  • Airport Pickup and Drop will be done in a batch of 6 people.

Q: We’re a couple, do we need to share a room?

A: No Sharing with any other traveller. You will get a room for 2 of you.

Q: I’m travelling Solo, how will I be accommodated?

A: Solo travelers will share rooms with same-gender solo travelers.

Q: Is SDF or Visa Charges are included in this cost?

A: Yes SDF/ Visa Charges are included.
